Tips for "bringing it" at Tryouts
- Know the words to the BSU Fight Song
- Take tumbling/stunting classes at a local gym.
- Be physically fit (make sure your exercise routing includes cardiovascular endurance and strength training). Visit our cheerleader resources section for exercises designed for cheerleaders.
- Attend our the yearly college preparatory stunt clinics from Legacy Spirit (information on stunt clinics is released in late February).
